Factors we consider

Environmental and Social Exemplariness We prioritize sponsors who exemplify outstanding environmental and social practices. Inspired by the Shifting Economy strategy of the Brussels region, we focus on businesses that are true leaders in sustainability. We exclude 13 sectors of activities that, in light of the Shifting Economy principles, cannot be considered exemplary. This ensures our partners align with our values and contribute positively to our mission.
Labels and Certifications We give preference to companies with recognized certifications, such as:
- EMAS (Eco-Management and Audit Scheme)
- ISO 14001 (Environmental Management)
- Eco-dynamic Enterprise
- ISO 50001:2018 (Energy Management)
- The Green Key
- B Corporation
