Whether you prefer the eco-friendly option of cycling, the convenience of public transport, or sharing the ride with others, there’s a way for everyone to arrive comfortably and responsibly. Bike parking is available on-site.
Train/Bus 🚆 🚌
A shuttle service will operate to and from Groenendaal Station (schedules and capacity to be determined based on participant feedback). We aim to use electric or hybrid shuttles.
Participants will be asked to register for the shuttle a few weeks before the event. When filling out the registration form, they’ll let us know how they plan to travel. This helps us size the shuttles appropriately and avoid waste by ensuring buses are efficiently used.
Carpool 👥🚗👥
- Carpool Parking: IMPACTRUN attendees cannot use the Tero Padel Club parking, as it is reserved for Padel and Pilko customers.
- Event Parking: Parking at the Tero Eventhouse will be available for cars with 3 or more passengers (approximately 70 spaces).

Car 🚗
No parking is provided on-site. Participants arriving by car can take a shuttle from Groenendaal Station to the event venue.
→ Cars with fewer than 3 passengers will not be allowed to park at the venue. Instead, drivers will be redirected to Groenendaal Station, where they can park and take the shuttle service to the event.

Shuttles from Groenendaal Station →Tero Eventhouse 🚌
Objective: Arrive on the event site between 16:00 and 17:30 for welcome & bib collection, ensuring everyone is present for the 17:45 briefing.
Shuttle 1: Departure from Herrmann-Debroux at 15:20, then departure at 15:45 from Groenendaal (for the trains at 15:22 from Brussels and 15:37 from LLN)
Shuttle 2: 16:45 (for the trains at 16:22 from Brussels and 16:37 from LLN)
Shuttle 3: 17:10 (for the trains at 16:53 from Brussels and 17:06 from LLN)
Shuttle 4: 19:00 (for the trains at 18:53 from Brussels and 18:53 from LLN)
If the bus is empty, the trip will be canceled to avoid unnecessary transport.
Shuttles from Tero Eventhouse → Groenendaal Station 🚌
Objective: Ensure transport after key moments (walking dinner & event closing).
Shuttle 1: 20:00 (to catch the train at 20:37 to Brussels and 20:22 to LLN)
Shuttle 2: 21:00 (to catch the train at 21:37 to Brussels and 21:22 to LLN)
Shuttle 3: 22:00 (to catch the train at 22:37 to Brussels and 22:22 to LLN)
Shuttle 4: 23:00 (to catch the train at 23:22 to LLN) then final stop at Herrmann-Debroux!
If the bus is empty, the trip will be canceled to avoid unnecessary transport.
